Shipping
We use USPS for all our shipping. Once your order is placed we will ship as soon as possible. Usually this is the very next day, but sometimes it can take up to 2 business days. If we are attending a trade show it could take longer to get you order out, but that is a rare situation. We keep track of our inventory, so if something is not available, we try to make it so it can’t be purchased. We use paypal for all transactions, but you are not required to have a paypal account. TN residents will automatically have state sales tax added to their order.
USA Orders – We ship USPS 1st class if available or Priority Mail. 1st class a little longer but cost less.
International Orders – We ship 1st Class International if available via USPS or Priority Mail. Although the shipping goes quickly, clearing customs will usually take the longest part of the journey. The customer is responsible for all import fees and duties.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item you can return it within 20 days after receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the original condition it was received. Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us before making any returns. A RMA number is required for a damaged or defective item.
Warranty
The Easy Expression Converter is warranted for 90 days after receipt for the original purchaser. Any warranty implied by law, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, is expressly limited to 90 days.
Our pedals are warranted for five (5) years from date of purchase by the initial purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship. Electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, jacks, and pots are covered for five (5) years. Any parts determined defective by db Instrument Amp within the five (5) year term shall be repaired or replaced by db Instrument Amp without charge for parts and labor provided the unit is returned, transportation costs prepaid. db Instrument Amp will pay shipping costs to return the unit to its owner in the United States for defective units.
The TruGlide is warranted for (1) year from purchase date to be free from defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized or improperly performed repairs, alterations, and/or wear and tear occasioned by use of the product, and does not include any expense for inconvenience or loss of use while the product is being repaired or replaced. db Instrument Amp expressly disclaims any liability for consequential damaged arising from the sale, use, or inability to use the product.
